Terms of Service for JobSnap Automation

We are not liable for misuse of automation features by users or third parties.


5. Cold Outreach and Compliance

All outreach via SMS, email, Messenger, WhatsApp, or similar channels must comply with applicable laws and best practices. You are solely responsible for:

Acquiring proper consent

Avoiding spam triggers

Adhering to platform thresholds

We may pause or terminate campaigns that trigger excessive complaints. You accept full liability for your messages and outreach practices.


6. Partner Products & Third-Party Tools

JobSnap Automation may integrate with third-party services (e.g., plugins, APIs). Use of these tools is governed by their respective terms of service.
We disclaim all responsibility for service disruptions, data loss, or other damages arising from third-party integrations.


7. Content and Conduct Guidelines

You agree not to post or share content that is:

Unlawful, false, defamatory, or harmful

Infringing on intellectual property

Misleading or deceptive

Harassing, violent, or hateful

Spam, malware, or impersonation

We reserve the right to remove such content or suspend your access without notice.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, and platform features of JobSnap Automation are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, resell, or repurpose any materials without prior written consent.
Accounts that share paid content or login credentials will be terminated without refund.


9. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

To report copyright violations, send an email to [email protected] with the subject: “DMCA Notice.” Include:

A description of the copyrighted work

Location of the allegedly infringing material

Your contact details

A sworn statement of good-faith belief and accuracy

We will respond promptly and remove or disable the content if appropriate.


10. Payment Terms & Renewals

All fees are charged on a pre-paid basis.

All sales are final.

You authorize us to automatically renew your subscription unless you cancel at least 3 business days before the next billing date.

Payment methods are securely stored for billing purposes.

Prices may change with 30 days’ prior notice.

Subscription levels and billing frequency may vary. Details of your specific plan are outlined during signup.


11. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once services are delivered or activated. Refunds are issued only in the event of:

Duplicate billing

Verified billing error

Refunds, when issued, are at our sole discretion.


12. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to:

Fraud

Abuse of services

Violation of these Terms

If terminated, your subscription will continue until the end of the billing cycle. No refunds will be issued.


13. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the Services will be:

Uninterrupted

Error-free

Compatible with your goals or expectations

You use the Service entirely at your own risk.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobSnap Automation is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions

Total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
Some limitations may not apply in jurisdictions that do not allow them.


15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobSnap Automation and its owners, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from:

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of applicable laws


16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, including their formation, enforceability, or interpretation, shall be resolved through binding arbitration via the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Tacoma, WA.
You waive all rights to class actions and jury trials.
Each party is responsible for its own legal fees unless otherwise ordered.


17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to events outside our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

War or terrorism

Government restrictions

Infrastructure failures

Internet or service outages
